The queen is back!

Kosi will be back in Seattle to share with us all the way from Toronto once again. She is so fire yall and we cannot wait for the fire that will ignite in yall during the workshop. It is truly good vibes only with Kosi.

Both classes will be open level with focus of body control and building muscle memory through drills and exercises.

[ L E V E L ] These workshops are OPEN LEVEL meaning anyone of all backgrounds and levels are welcome to join. No matter what level you are at, Kosi with be able to provide valuable knowledge and challenges to help you grow. Come as you are,.

[ K O S I B I O ] Born in Nigeria, Kosi Eze began to hone her creative influence through her love for music at the age of 18. As a facilitator and a leader within her local community, Kosi has worked towards promoting a focus on the health, mental well being and increase of resiliency skills amongst youth in Toronto and across Canada. She seeks to promote a healthy knowledge of self – as it impacts the ways we engage within the culture as messengers, leaders and mentors for the generations to come.

[ A C C E S S I B I L I T Y ] PARKING

There should be street parking all around the studio, however there are rare spots on a Saturday to be very honest! Give yourself give yourself an extra 10 minutes to find some in case! We recommend carpooling or public transit!

RESTROOM

There is 1 restroom at the Beacon

STAIRS/ RAMPS

There is one step that is in the middle of the studio. You must go in and out of the studio to access the top and bottom step! The entrance is on King St. with a gradual incline.
