February 21, 2020

ASUW Arts + Entertainment, UW Hip Hop Student Association, and the HUB present a night of dance with Brian Puspos and Sorah Yang! Join us for a night of dance performances followed by a Q&A and meet and greet.

🕺 Brian Puspos is a dancer, choreographer, and recording artist. He’s Houston-bred and was raised by parents who were both ballroom dancers. Having gained national fame after competing twice on America’s Best Dance Crew with two separate teams, Brian has become one of the world’s most sought after choreographers, teaching and performing in 43 different countries. 🕺

💃 Sorah Yang is a dancer, choreographer, entrepreneur, and creative director, and has been teaching dance professionally for the past 10 years. After graduating from USC with a degree in Business Administration, she decided to shift lanes and pursue dance. Since then she’s traveled to 27+ countries worldwide and over 30 colleges around the US to teach workshops, perform, and speak. She has also choreographed/directed music videos, tours, and live shows for international music artists. Other endeavors include developing a seminar for college students interested in pursuing dance as a career, running her own clothing line, and giving her first TEDx Talk in February of 2019, where she discussed her non-linear path from college to a career in the arts. She is currently working as the Associate Choreographer for the Britney Spears Broadway musical. 💃
